Return Policy:
"Damaged or mis-shipped items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Occurrences will be evaluated on a
case-by-case basis. There are no purchase refunds.
"Notification of the error or damaged goods must be made within 5 business days from the estimated date of receipt.
(ex. If a product is shipped on a Monday via standard USPS, arrival is estimated to be within 5 business days. Purchaser will have until the Friday of the
following week to report damage or mis-shipment.) If a problem is found, purchaser must call (630) 253-2620, or send an email to galiahlavan@sbcglobal.net,
to receive a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No product will be accepted back without this authorizarion. Return must be made
within 10 business days of receipt of the RMA number.
"Purchaser will be required to pay upfront for the delivery of product back to Galiah's "Belly" Hai. To receive compensation,
purchasers may send a copy of the receipt for the delivery, via email or U.S. Postal Service, to Galiah's "Belly" Hai. Account credit will be given for the return
shipment upon our receipt of proof of amount paid."
